Das Duplikat kommt in den Datenübertragungscontainer, Material Experiments

Visual research for my Master´s Project, Komische Gegenwart. A documentation of the experimental processes along the way to the final outcome that is simultaneously representing a collection/database of fictional archeological findings. Cultural probes from our present time collected by an imaginary explorer coming from a future or world unknown to us. While working on this project I was thinking about topics like time, consciousness, ancient, current and future times, and the switch from physical to immaterial (digital) worlds, utopias and other planets.

Ironically during the last two weeks of the projects, my computer as well as my backup drive got crashed independently from each other so  in a way reality put one of my core ideas into practice and took big parts of my work away into digital space, unaccessible for me.
